NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III recently relisted his Texas mansion for $2.6 million.
The Baltimore Ravens star purchased the Conroe property in 2016 and first listed it last summer with the same ask. Busy in Maryland as he is, Griffin hasn’t had much time to spend at the place.
Set on a full acre on the shores of idyllic Lake Conroe, the 2007-built French-inspired home spans 9,000 square feet with seven en-suite bedrooms. It’s a house with palatial aspirations, beginning with a foyer with a soaring cathedral ceiling.
Furhter inside, the contemporary residence features intricate molding, wood detailing, multiple fireplaces, and plenty of large windows looking out to the backyard and the lake beyond. The media room features tiered seating and a wine grotto. Impressive scale is returned to in the family room and turret staircase.
The property exterior features a covered patio with a built-in barbecue, a large swimming pool and spa, a lush lawn, and a private dock.
Griffin spent part of his youth in nearby Copperas Cove, Texas. He signed with the Ravens in the spring of last year.
