Johnny Galecki of CBS’s hit sitcom “The Big Bang Theory” recently listed his California ranch for $850,000.

The actor’s 160-acre property is located in scenic Santa Margarita. The expansive grounds are dotted with plenty of nut, orange, and pomegranate trees, but did suffer in the wake of last year’s area wildfires.

The living spaces are a work-in-progress. The property features a 4,000-square-foot workshop with a 1,000-square-foot two-bedroom apartment. Before the fire there was an expansive log cabin on the property.

It looks like Galecki got a head start on creating an outdoor entertainment space since there is an unfilled pool complete with a swim-up bar. The property is located in wine country, and the land features five acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and two acres of Zinfandel as the foundation of a future hobbyist vineyard.

“The Big Bang Theory” is currently airing its 12th season. CBS announced that the show will end next year.
