Bestselling author Kristin Hannah is looking to edit her Kauai, Hawaii, home out of her real estate portfolio for $10.75 million.

Set on a half of an acre overlooking the ocean, the 1998-built multilevel residence features contemporary architecture and unparalleled views of the water. Hannah paid $4.45 million for the home more than 10 years ago.
