Details about 2020 model-year pricing options for the high-end Mercedes GLE models were released at the LA Auto Show earlier this month.
The luxury automaker’s anticipated SUV will be available in three different iterations, including the GLE 350, the GLE 350 4Matic, and the GLE 450 4Matic. Drivers will want to kick tires on all three models, including the base GLE 350 starting at $53,700. For drivers looking to upgrade the base rear-wheel-drive, they can opt for the all-wheel GLE 350 4Matic for $56,200. Both SUV models boast a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine producing 255 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque.
Currently, the top-of-the-range option is the GLE 450 4Matic; pricing for the iteration starts at $61,150. The increased price tag translates to increased power, raising the bar to a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder turbo engine. EQ Boost 48-volt technology helps the GLE 450 on its way to producing 362 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque.
All three versions receive Mercedes’ 9G-Tronic 9-speed automatic transmission. Customers can plan for delivery of their 2020 Mercedes Benz models starting this spring.
