Television executive Anthony Zuiker listed his Lake Arrowhead storybook-style for $2.5 million this week.
The “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” creator and his wife have only owned the Southern California home for about a year. But they like the town; the couple upgraded to a larger home in the area this year.
Set right on the water, the 2009-built lakefront residence is idyllically located, and spans 7,064 square feet. It boasts an open floor plan with a central combination kitchen/dining/living room with a vaulted ceiling, walls of water-facing windows, a stone fireplace, a statement chandelier, and French doors opening to a balcony. Views take in the sparkling lake and wooded mountainside, as well as the nearby golf course.
Set behind the living room, the kitchen stands out as well with granite countertops, a Wolf stove, and a large eat-in island. The dining space is set into an alcove surrounded by windows looking out onto the water. The house contains five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, culminating in a master suite accented with a fireplace, office, private deck, and a vaulted ceiling.
The amenities of the resort-town estate include a game room with a bar, a home theater, a wine room, a gym, a sauna, an elevator, and several decks.
