When Italian boat builder Cranchi decided to develop a sleek new tender, they brought in a little new blood to help them along. So yacht designer Christian Grande was called in.
The result is the Cranchi E26 Classic. The lines are marvelous; they manage to suggest golden-age powerboat designs while also voicing contemporary sensibilities. And the hull design blends well with a contemporary interior style marked by a sophisticated wrap-around windscreen and rich red upholstery. The design elements cohesively blend to create a modern, chic boating experience.
The craft is also designed for pure leisure; it looks quick, but lounging is highlighted via a spacious stern sundeck and teak foredeck. The 25.75-foot vessel that can stand on its own or serve as a superyacht tender; a dinette, L-shaped couch and cabin with bath take care of overnight essentials for forays away from the main ship, or weekend jaunts from shore.
