Actress Tricia Helfer recently moved on from her Beverly Hills Post Office house when she found a buyer with $5.4 million.
The “Lucifer” and “Battlestar Galactica” star and her soon-to-be ex-husband purchased the contemporary home about seven years ago. The two originally listed the property for $6.195 million in March before eventually reducing the ask to $5.495 million.
Built in 1984, the 5,500-square-foot residence is defined by tall ceilings and the series windows so popular in contemporary homes of the era. Spacious open-concept living areas allow for a smooth transition from space to space, and plenty of room to entertain.
Modern styling continues through to the airy kitchen with white countertops, medium cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Thanks to a large skylight, the kitchen is flooded with natural light; the airy feel continues through all of the five bedrooms.
The half-acre lot features an incredible outdoor entertaining space with a dedicated lounge, a sports bar, an outdoor shower, a bocce ball court, and a swimming pool with a spa.
Helfer, a model-turned-actress, has starred in Fox’s “Lucifer” since the show’s launch in 2016.
