TV producer Jonathan Littman recently listed his Sherman Oaks colonial-style mansion for $4.7 million.
Located about 16 miles northwest of Downtown Los Angeles, the “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” executive’s new residence extends to 7,400 square feet of living space. The home is the work of architect Jon Brouse.
The 2008-built home begins with white clapboard and black window shutters. Brick accents, a prominent eyebrow dormer, and a winged design give the house a formal look with a little East Coast influence.
The interior features a second-floor gallery, coffered ceilings, walnut floors, custom millwork and moldings, and sets of French doors. The kitchen stands out with a center island and an eat-in breakfast space; the green marble is unusually fine, and makes for an appealing contrast with the warm floors.
Outside, an eco-friendly faux-grass backyard, swimming pool and spa, herb garden, decks and terraces, and tented pavilion with a full outdoor kitchen are scattered throughout the controlled landscaping. There is a semi-detached guesthouse on the property.
Littman serves as the president of Jerry Bruckheimer Television.
