Actor Hill Harper recently made his luxurious Malibu home available to rent for $20,000 per month.

The “Good Doctor” and “CSI: NY” star paid $4.1 million for the Broad Beach home earlier this year. The appealingly overgrown Spanish-style ranch benefits from plenty of natural light, a terrific sense of space, and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sits on an acre of land off Broad Beach; the exterior is white stucco accented with red clay tile for a classic L.A.-area first impression. The single floor home sprawls to span its 3,788 square feet.

Inside, an open-concept floor plan is studded with a row of square windows facing the water. Floors are tile or contemporary-looking hardwood, balancing out the blazing treatment given to the walls and vaulted ceilings. A  bright white combination living and dining space flows seamlessly into a kitchen accented with gray granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Outside, views of the Pacific get most of the attention, but an expansive terrace covered in Saltillo tile pavers is extremely inviting. The palm-dotted property also boasts a nice stretch of lawn, unobtrusive landscaping, and a gated entrance.
