Musician Ziggy Marley is looking to lease his Beverly Hills home for $16,000 per month.

The son of Reggae legends Rita and Bob Marley was originally hoping to earn $25,000 a month for the Los Angeles-area home, but he’s recently reduced his ask. The four-bedroom residence stretches to 4,200 square feet and is located in the high-end Coldwater Canyon enclave.

Tucked behind privacy hedges and a semicircular driveway, the Mediterranean-style home has two main living spaces, including a family room accented with a carved-stone fireplace and French doors. Elsewhere, the living room impresses with exposed ceiling beams and a stacked-stone fireplace.

Outside, the small backyard is well-appointed with a lush lawn, a swimming pool, a spa, and a guesthouse. Lucky renters also might just run into celebrity neighbors like Jennifer Lawrence, Cameron Diaz, Adele, and Ashton Kutcher.

Marley appears to have moved on from his Beverly Hills digs in favor of a much larger Toluca Lake mansion he bought in 2017 for $5.5 million.
