Lucy Liu’s rustic Studio City house saw a significant price reduction this month. The home had been initially listed at $4.2 million last May; six months later, it has settled at $3.5 million.

Plenty of glass, a few very cool fixtures, and fairly high ornamental ceilings complete the look and feel of a series of interior living spaces that avoids slick effect altogether.
