Actress Lily Collins recently listed her West Hollywood condominium for $2.995 million.
Collins—who is the daughter of iconic musician Phil Collins—has owned the Sierra Towers corner unit for nearly 10 years. Spanning 1,700 square feet, the residence features an open-concept living space, slate floors, and the glass sliders typical of Sierra Towers.
Configured with a single master suite and two bathrooms, the condo qualifies as a solid choice for a bachelor/bachelorette…even without the wet bar. The kitchen has seen a not-too remote remodel, and features glass-stained cabinets and frosted glass panels, and a steel blacksplash.
The unit only has a single bedroom, so it doesn’t come as much of a surprise that the master gets a good portion of the square footage. The space allows for plenty of breathing room, and features a built-in office and a bespoke dressing room/walk-in closet that reprises the black stain of the kitchen. Outside, a terrace offers sprawling views from downtown to the beach.
Building amenities at Sierra include 24-hour security, valet parking, and a swimming pool.
Collins starred in Amazon’s adaptation of Fitzgerald’s last novel, ‘The Last Tycoon’; her upcoming appearances include a starring role in BBC’s comprehensive adaptation of ‘Les Miserables.’
