Bryan Christopher Williams—better known as Birdman—recently reduced the ask on his Miami mansion once again.

The rapper first listed the waterfront manse for $20 million last year. Since that initial offering, the home’s ask has been whittled down gradually, and has now settled at $15.5 million.

The property is located on Palm Island, and dates to 2004. It extends to a whopping 19,970 square feet, with extensive guest accommodations and cathedral-height ceilings; the entrance is presided over by an incredibly grandiose neoclassical pediment, and flanked by a half-dozen bedroom balconies across three floors.

The three-story home welcomes visitors via a grand double-height foyer accented with wrought-iron rails and a three-tiered chandelier. Hardwood floors and bright tile add to the residence’s palatial feel.

The expansive megamansion features two impressive guest suites among its 10 bedrooms and 15 baths; one has been converted into a recording studio. A billiards room with wet bar, den with fireplace, two wine cellars, movie theater, and large kitchen with center island are a few of the home’s amenities.

The sprawling exterior living space is as entertainment-ready as any in Florida. A lush lawn, patio, indoor-outdoor lounge, outside kitchen, sand volleyball court, swimming pool with a spa, and 100 feet of water frontage bring home the lifestyle.

Birdman co-founded Cash Money Records in 1991. Iconic rappers like Young Thug, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Drake are a few of the label’s signed artists.
