Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott picked up a new home in Beverly Hills; the couple went 50/50 on the property, each shelling out about $6.7 million for the property.
Jenner’s no stranger to the real-estate news. The young model and entrepreneur has bought and sold many properties over the last few years, the most recent departure from her portfolio being a Hidden Hills Cape Cod-style of 7,400 square feet that she bought for $6 million and made about half a million on when she saw it into past tense.
But this home may well be a home for the couple, and not a straightforward investment. Renovations have left it a fairly stunning contemporary that extends to over 8,100 square feet, with six bedrooms and nine baths across two floors.
The interiors feature natural-toned plank oak throughout. The kitchen’s custom cabinetry offers additional wood grain for texture, and lots of it; the figured marble counter backsplash and countertops fit in well. Fleetwood doors present plentiful indoor/outdoor interplay, always cheering, and transform the master bath into a spectacular sanctuary.
The property exterior features marvelous landscaping—the romance of the approach is ideal ballast for the tough geometry of the architecture, and the lush, garden-like grounds are packed with life. A guest house and patio space a-plenty help fill out the greenly luxuriant acre of grounds.
