PGA pro Geoff Ogilvy is hoping for a hole in one with the sale of his Scottsdale home. The U.S. Open champ listed the home this month with an asking price of $4.75 million.

Ogilvy paid $3.695 million for the Arizona property back in 2014. The 7,700-square-foot Traditional-style home is set behind a lush green lawn dotted by mature trees and hedges.

Ogilvy’s custom two-story manse was built in 2013 and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The home has a pleasingly rustic feel, with tile, plank flooring, reclaimed brick and wood, marble, and leathered granite all combining to give the residence the aura of an urbane European country home.

The residence features a spacious great room with a dining room, a wet bar, and a fireplace. The bright white kitchen continues the contemporary Euro farmhouse aesthetic with custom cabinetry, pendant lighting, a large center island with black countertops, and the open-trussed ceilings that are featured throughout the home; it’s the gem of the interiors.

Outside, a full suite of desert Southwest luxury necessities: a fire pit, an outdoor fireplace, a lap pool, and a spa.

Ogilvy has gone home with eight PGA Tour wins in his career. He currently lives in his native Australia with his family.
