“Real Housewives of New York City” cast member Jill Zarin has listed her luxurious, renovated NYC condo for $3.3 million.
Zarin’s unit is likely familiar to many watchers of the show; the condo frequently appeared on ‘RHNYC’. It spans about 2,000 square feet, and is situated in Bridge Place Tower.
The highlights here are a bright, open living area enhanced by a fresh new contemporary look from Schoeller + Darling. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom corner unit features a centralized main living area with plentiful glass, a dedicated dining area, and a bright white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The satin-finished wide-plank floors are very attractive, and give the unit an unusual warmth and down-to-earth appeal.
Views of the city and river are excellent, and the building gets high marks for amenities: a garage, playroom, gym, and rooftop terrace all come with the place.
Zarin’s husband Bobby passed away last year. The emotional loss may have fueled the desire to sell the unit.
