The Pacific Palisades home of actors Kevin Nealon and Susan Yeagley is available once again for $5 million.
Nealon and Yeagley have been wrestling with marketing the Los Angeles-area residence since 2016, but several price changes and market breaks still hasn’t helped it find the right buyer. The pair will likely still make a healthy profit on the home, though; they paid $3.45 million back in 2010.
Located in the luxurious El Medio Bluffs neighborhood of the Pacific Palisades area, the expansive 2010-built home has seven bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The living style is bright, unassuming, and warm, and the unusually high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows help give the shared spaces a pleasingly buoyant living style. There’s plenty of warmth here, with nicely contrasted white oak flooring adding texture, and crown molding a dash of formal detail.
Beyond the formal living room with its central fireplace and coffered ceilings is a bright white kitchen with an 8-foot eat-in peninsula, 12-foot center island, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a butler’s pantry. Open and airy.
The master suite, which is also equipped with a fireplace, opens onto a large upper deck. Below, a semi-basement level entertaining space is also equipped with a kitchenette and dining area, making it suitable for short-term guests.
Nealon may be busy hiking these days, but he still found time to star in this year’s ‘Father of the Year’; Yeagley appears in ‘Action Point.’
