Actress Laura Prepon recently listed her Los Angeles-area home for $3.65 million.

The “That 70s Show” and “Orange is the New Black” star picked up her Los Feliz retreat for around $2.3 million about 10 years ago. Prepon—who just married fellow actor Ben Foster—is believed to spend most of her time in NYC, so the listing doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

Set on nearly half of an acre behind large gates, the 1940s-built modern-style spans 2,900 square feet and has undergone extensive updates. The three-bedroom, four-bath home boasts Balinese styling cues; heavily carved wood gates, stone-tiled floors, carved cabinetry, and a grand carved-stone fireplace in the central great room all contrast in an unusual way with the home’s midcentury architecture.

The aforementioned great room is spacious enough to host friends and impresses with accented columns, French doors, and plenty of windows. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a farm sink, and also features wood cabinetry, a bespoke tiled snack bar, and a reprise of the stone accent prominent in the home’s facade.

Outside, the property incorporates covered patio space, a brick terrace, and an idyllic swimming pool and spa complete with a poolside cabana.

Prepon recently showed off her newest member of the family on social media. She and Foster wed this past spring.
