News correspondent Trish Regan recently moved on from her Manhattan apartment, having accepted an offer of $5.625 million for the residence.
The “Trish Regan Primetime” anchor for Fox Business Network and her husband picked up the Fifth Avenue co-operative for $3.95 million about four years ago. Following the purchase, the pair oversaw a comprehensive renovation process. The result is slick but generic.
The unit spans 2,500 square feet. A few classic 1920s-era architectural details remain, but the unit now boasts a contemporary vibe with white walls, white ceiling beams, and a marble-clad gallery hall. Soundproof windows, sound-dampening interior walls, and a dual-zone climate system were also introduced as part of the reno. The living room with its large wood-burning fireplace is the standout space.
Other spaces like the reading/library room, the formal dining room with its own fireplace, and the updated eat-in kitchen are also equipped for entertaining friends and family. However, one of the three-bedroom corner unit’s most impressive features is—of course—the direct views of Central Park. Context saves the day.
Regan has been with Fox since 2015.
