Actor Ryan Eggold recently placed his Hollywood Hills home on the market for $799,000.
The “Blacklist” star’s Los Angeles-area abode may be small at just 994 square feet, but the petite bachelor pad has plenty of renovation potential. Located up in the Cahuenga Pass area of the Hills, the unassuming two-bed, three-bath was built in the 1920s.
Relatively Mediterranean in style, the home’s central space is a modest living room with terracotta tile floors, a stone fireplace, and wood ceiling beams. The kitchen is compact, but large enough to fit a full set of stainless steel appliances and quite a bit of upper cabinet space.
One of the residence’s best features is the deck that opens up from the master bedroom, offering expansive views of the Hollywood Hills and the city beyond. A small backyard space squeezes in a patch of lawn, a bit of landscaping, a fire pit, and a little more deck space.
NBC just signed off on a full season of Eggold’s new series, ‘New Amsterdam’; he’s house hunting, and the show is airing now.
