Movie producer Oren Aviv is looking to move on from his Los Angeles-area home; he’s asking $10.5 million for the lavish East Coast-style estate. Aviv paid $4.2 million for the home in 2005, so he could potentially double his original investment.
The Hamptons-esque residence is situated in the upscale Hidden Hills neighborhood. It’s an extravagant home, and welcomes visitors with a grand two-story foyer. The interiors unfold into a postmodern veneer of cottage, rustic European, and farmhouse tropes, with a leaden fireplace accent wall tossing in a bit of contemporary.
The 8,628-square-foot home holds six bedrooms and seven baths. The chic French-style kitchen features navy cabinetry, light wood floors, a natural wood center island, wood ceiling beams, and stainless steel appliances. Other standouts include a home theater with vaulted ceilings, a living room with a wet bar, a luxurious master suite, and a guesthouse for visitors.
The grounds extend to nearly two acres, with a lush landscaping, a pergola with a dining area and an outdoor fireplace, and a sparkling saltwater swimming pool covering the SoCal upper-tier staples.
“National Treasure” franchise producer Aviv is also known for production credits on movies “Bad Moms,” “Free State of Jones,” and “The Foreigner.”
