Emmy-winning director Bruce Gowers recently put Silver Raven Farms, his Malibu estate, back on the market. He is now looking for a buyer with $12.5 million to make it their own.
The “American Idol” director originally listed the Los Angeles-area equestrian compound for $15 million back in 2016. Lopping off $2.5 million from the ask should stimulate a little interest.
Located about half of a mile from the beach, Silver Raven Farms boasts a 5,788-square-foot main residence that was built in 2009. Inside, wide-plank walnut floors, fireplaces, wood-beamed ceilings, and custom stonework give the home a cozily rustic feel that emphasizes craftsmanship.
One of the most appealing features of the home is the light-filled indoor-outdoor living room that opens onto the patio and the swimming pool beyond. The home holds four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with the master suite presenting beamed ceilings, a lounge, a fireplace, and a balcony.
Elsewhere on the property, future residents will enjoy use of a riding arena, a barn, a tennis court, and three guesthouses.
Gowers took home an Emmy in 2009 for Best Musical Variety Director.
