BMW unveiled its brand-new 2019 3 Series at this year’s Paris Motor Show, giving customers considering a purchase in the upcoming year a little to think about.

Both the 330i and M340 benefit from an updated 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine producing 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The 2019 build also includes an updated higher-flow fuel system, direct-injection system, and variable camshaft timing system. As a result, the sporty vehicle has a zero-to-60 mph sprint time of 5.3 seconds.

BMW’s new 3 Series also features an updated stance thanks to a slightly longer, wider, and taller build. But the car actually dropped about a hundred pounds for 2019. Improved handing, increased rigidity, and a lower center of gravity are performance upgrade highlights, and the expected tech changes include new touchscreens and a new digital instrument cluster.

Stylewise, the new luxury sedan took cues from the 5 and 7 Series models with a larger, linked double kidney grille and sporty creases in place of the former model’s rounded curves.

Available March 2019, interested drivers can pick up the 2019 BMW 330i starting at $41,195 or the 330i xDrive starting at $43,245.
