The San Francisco-area home of Super Bowl champion and NFL Hall-of-Fame member Larry Allen has hit the open market. The former Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman listed the Danville, California, home for $7.5 million.
Allen scored with the $4.6-million purchase of the expansive 10,116-square-foot mansion back in 2004. Located about 30 miles outside of downtown SF, and situated in the Blackhawk Country Club, the seven-bedroom, eight-bath home features a lengthy series of custom accents, including a private bridge.
Inside, potential buyers will likely be drawn to the tall ceilings, detailed millwork, and the sheer number of dedicated living spaces. Spacious shared living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, an office, a crafts room, a formal dining room, a movie theater, a loft, and an indoor spa and sauna are among the home’s highlights.
The 1.51-acre plot is accented with lush lawns, a sport court, several terraces, and a swimming pool with a spa.
