A jewel of a Wyoming property is available for sale, but you’ll need $26.7 million to buy into this retreat. The property is the most luxurious and expensive home current offered in the state.

Hollywood pair Skip Brittenham and Heather Thomas own the expansive property as their country get away, using it for much-needed downtime from the hurley-burley of Los Angeles. The power couple would often head to Wyoming to enjoy some meditative fly-fishing.

Designed as a natural sanctuary, the log cabin-style mansion is set on 20 acres, so there’s plenty of space to explore. A covered outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, and a hot tub are a few of the recreational amenities.

The central gathering space of the 7,000 square-foot house is the rustic living room complete with Craftsman-style windows, a vaulted ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and a totem pole accent. Abundant woodgrain accents the interiors, and the kitchen includes deep wood cabinets, green stone countertops, and a spacious center island. Guests and residents alike will also enjoy access to the breakfast nook and a five-seat bar, and there are five bedrooms and eight baths throughout the home.

Thomas gained fame as a stuntwoman in the 1980s before moving on to work as a screenwriter. Brittenham found success as an entertainment lawyer representing stars like Harrison Ford and Eddie Murphy.
