“The Talk” co-host Sara Gilbert is leasing her Los Angeles-area contemporary for $19,500 a month.

Set up above the Sunset Strip, Gilbert’s 3,319-square-foot home dates to the 1950s, and contains four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Comprehensive upgrades give it a clear, minimalist aesthetic; most notable is the open-concept living room, which stands out with 11-foot ceilings, light hardwood floors, and a retractable glass panel corner for an indoor-outdoor living space.

The house could use some additional glass, but makes up for the dearth with lots of off-white for good reflection.
