German airline company Lufthansa recently unveiled images of its thoughtful, atmospheric new business class design for the forthcoming Boeing 777X.
The chic new business class cabin concept cleverly takes advantage of the Boeing’s widebody design. The cabin frequently used geometric evocation for embellishment, echoing the space-efficient layout which allows for maximum individual privacy and seating versatility in-flight. Seats may be reserved to favor working or sleeping configuration.
The large flatbed seats are convertible for work, relaxation and sleep, and universal aisle access means customers don’t have to step over the passenger next to them to reach the aisle. The new entertainment system, Qi-standard wireless charging pads, and portable tablet for customizing seat position, lighting, airflow, and entertainment system are other perks. And the windows of the new cabin are 20% larger, offering better views and an open, airy cabin feel.
The 777x is scheduled to enter service in 2020.
