Pop star Luis Fonsi just purchased a luxurious Florida home for $5 million.

Following the success of his hit 2017 song “Despacito,” the singer upgraded his living situation with the purchase of his new Coral Gables, Florida, home. Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown Miami, the 8,300-square-foot mansion impresses with classic features and luxury accents.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion was built in 1992 and boasts double-height ceilings, shining marble floors, and French Provincial-style fixtures. Guests enter via a grand foyer with bespoke marble floors; above, a long second-floor gallery with a wrought-iron balustrade surveys the foyer. The living room features soaring 24-foot-tall ceilings, a fireplace, and three sets of French doors.

The home is clearly designed with entertaining in mind. The kitchen is more than equipped to handle large catered affairs, and sports a massive, restaurant-sized refrigerator, spacious center island, and designated eating area.

Outside, there are plenty of opportunities for waterfront Florida fun: an outdoor kitchen, a 110-foot dock, and a pool and spa handle upscale R&R.

Earlier this summer, Fonsi finished up his Love + Dance World Tour. “Despacito” won four Latin Grammy Awards.
