Another Los Angeles-area residence of the late chairman and CEO of Univision Jerry Perenchio is on market for $21.5 million.
Several of the producer’s properties have been listed and sold following his death last year. Most recently, the late executive’s gated Bel Air manse has become available. Set on 1.27 acres, the beautiful estate includes a 7,942-square-foot home and a small vineyard.
The four-bedroom, five-bath residence was designed and built by Allen Siple in 1951; Perenchio picked it up for $9.2 million about ten years ago. The spacious floorplan includes a large living room, a wood-paneled den, and a full staff’s quarters with its own living space.
Of course, with such a great location, views are a given. Here they are dazzling. The ideal Bel Air location, the property affords a panoramic survey of the city which extends all the way to the bright blue Pacific Ocean.
Perenchio’s estate has already sold at least three of his former properties, so it’s quite possible we’ll see more of the late billionaire’s properties on the market in the near future. His trophy estate in Bel Air, Chartwell, hit the market last year with an asking price of $350 million. It is still for sale.
