Actress Jennie Garth quickly sold her beautiful Los Angeles-area home for $4.4775 million.

The “Beverly Hills 90210” star’s Studio City home recently underwent a substantial renovation, leading Garth to earn more than double her initial investment in the property. Located in the Wrightwood Estate area, the 4,100-square-foot home was built in 1978 and holds five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
