Country star Brian Kelley recently listed his impressive, 70-acre Nashville property for $6.24 million.

The Florida Georgia Line musician’s sprawling Tennessee property is designed around a series of unique custom spaces, and is privately located on a lush Nashville hillside.

The main residence was built in 1981, and features a rustic aesthetic. Vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and plenty of wood accents give the home its natural, easygoing feel. The home was designed to fit in with the surrounding natural beauty, and appears to be rooted definitively in its landscape. And there’s something to say about a home that doesn’t clash with its environ.

This celebration of nature continues via plenty of large windows and an expansive deck perfect for entertaining friends and family. The interiors are generally neutral, and let the setting take most of the attention.

There are six discrete structures on the property. Perhaps most interesting among the lot is the custom-built treehouse. It’s a sanctuary which can only be accessed via a 30-foot bridge. The customized refuge is quite luxurious: modern plumbing and electricity, a bedroom, and a recording studio make it a ready-to-accommodate guest cottage. It’s easy to imagine Kelley finding inspiration for songs whilst tucked away in this secluded treehouse.

Additional structures on the property include a saloon, a barn, and two guesthouses.
