Three-time PGA Tour professional golfer Brendan Steele has sold his Laguna Beach home for $2.6 million. Steele earned about $200,000 on his investment following his three-year ownership of the Los Angeles-area home.

The 2,334-square-foot contemporary beach-cottage residence is set just half of a mile from the Pacific Ocean. It holds four bedrooms and three baths, and was was designed to maximize views of the water. In addition to boasting dual front-facing terraces, the main open-concept living space opens up to the outdoors with an entire wall of retractable glass sliders.

The home has a comfortable, contemporary cottage feel, with tongue-in-groove, simple fixtures, and a blazing execution. The indoor-outdoor living room boasts retractable and fold-away glass walls, while the kitchen features bright white cabinetry and plenty of marble-clad counter space. The master suite presents a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and dormer window looking toward the ocean, as well as a luxe marble bathroom.

Steele has played professionally since 2005. He won the Safeway Open in both 2016 and 2017.
