Pop star and actress Selena Gomez recently reduced the ask again on her Texas home down to $2.7 million.

Gomez originally listed her Fort Worth mansion for $3.5 million back in 2016, and now she’s cut her asking price by another $300,000 in hopes of finding the right buyer. Located on 1.5 acres in the high-end Montserrat neighborhood, the 10,000-square-foot home holds five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.

Considering the star grew up about 30 minutes outside of Fort Worth, it doesn’t come as much of a surprise that Gomez picked up the property in 2015. Even though the manse hasn’t been picked up yet, it isn’t due to a lack of luxury features or available space.

Inside, future buyers are welcomed via a cozy foyer that opens to a formal living room. Further inside, the family room impresses with a large fireplace and soaring ceilings accented with wood beams. Just a few steps away is the luxurious kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and a dedicated dining space.
