Russian boxer Sergey “Krusher” Kovalev scored a knockout deal on a Los Angeles-area home for $3.125 million. The Traditional-style residence sold for around $175,000 under ask.

Located in a guard-gated community in idyllic Newport Beach, the 4,100-square-foot home impresses with a number of luxurious features, including travertine floors and a dedicated guest casita.

The main house welcomes residents with a sprawling double-height foyer and a statement staircase rising to a second-floor gallery. A family room, a living room are classically broad open-concept. The formal dining room might be the gem of the home, though; it features glass doors that open onto the pool area.

The five bedrooms and 4.5 baths culminate in a spacious master suite, which features a private sitting area. Two private balconies off the master offer views of both the front and the backyard.

The property is landscaped tropical, and feels lush and secretive. A stone patio with an outdoor dining and a sparkling swimming pool fill out the grounds.
