Actress Hayden Panettiere just closed the book on her “Nashville” role with the end of the series, and now she’s hoping to close the book on her Nashville home with a decent return on her investment. Panettiere is looking to sell the property for $1.6 million.
The four-bedroom, five-bath home was built in 2012, and is located in the Green Hills neighborhood of Music City. It stretches to nearly 5,000 square feet, and features a Traditional exterior defined by a steeply-pitched roof, a prominent entrance pediment, and a quartet of dormer windows.
The interiors are moody; greys and blacks prevail, with warm wood presenting some texture. Most rooms have been given strong identities; the formal dining room finds oceanic inspiration in Tennessee, employing a chic sea urchin-style light fixture. A sauna, gym, and entertainment room provide necessary creature comforts.
The gray-toned gourmet kitchen is accented with pendant lights and top-of-the-line appliances. From the kitchen, there is easy access to the cozy beamed-ceiling living room with a chic wall of firewood storage.
The residence also features Lutron lighting and audio, and iPad function control.
