Hollywood director Nick Cassavetes is looking to move on from his Hollywood Hills home for $4.888 million.
“The Notebook” director’s luxurious 4,000-square-foot home is located in the aptly named Mount Olympus neighborhood of Los Angeles. Set high up in the hills, Cassavetes lives a bit like a Greek god with sprawling views of L.A. beyond.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence boasts an open-concept main living area complete with a formal living room, formal dining room, an office area, and a dual-island gourmet kitchen. The bottom floor’s city-facing wall is also covered in large windows.
Quirky accents like a neon green and gray accent wall and a large stainless steel front door add to the home’s contemporary styling, but the most impressive feature might be the inclusion of two equally luxe master suites.
The exterior space wows as well thanks to hillside backyard boasting a swimming pool with a spa and more unencumbered views of the city beyond.
