Financier Mort Fleischer recently listed two Western-style ranches located in Arizona and Montana for a combined $50-million ask.
Although it may seem strange to package two properties in two different states together in a single sale, real estate financier Fleischer is hoping to find a single buyer looking for what he’s calling a “Cowboy Lifestyle.” During their ownership, Fleischer and his wife frequently traveled back and forth, from one ranch to the other, via private plane.
The “Cowboy Lifestyle” package includes a sprawling 100-acre Arizona ranch and a 7,000-acre Montana property.
Located right outside of Scottsdale, “MorDo” ranch offers buyers a desert ranch lifestyle: a luxurious home with horse stables and numerous outdoor entertainment options. The main house is a contemporary approach to southwest rustic.
Up north, outside Lewistown, Montana, “Horsethief Bason Ranch” impresses with a log-cabin-style residence nestled against the rolling hills of big sky country. That house is more traditionally ranch-style, with many luxury flourishes, including custom stonework and ceiling, for a little complexity.
Fleischer believes the pair of properties provide two distinctly different ranch lifestyles for the special buyer in search of a cowboy life.
