Adriana de Moura of the “Real Housewives of Miami” is looking to move on from her luxurious Miami Beach, Florida, home for $4.9 million.

The reality TV star and art-lover’s Hibiscus Island home has been on the market for a few months and recently received a price reduction of $100,000. The Spanish-style residence stretches to 2,800 and is located directly on the water.

Bright white, but boasting some of the more interesting tile floors we’ve seen in some time, the four-bedroom, four-bath home features expansive living spaces boasting sprawling views of Miami. Beyond the spacious living room with a fireplace is a modern kitchen with a large center island and a breakfast nook. The master suite features a fireplace.

Most impressive, though, is the private dock with unfettered access to Biscayne Bay. Interestingly, de Moura is reportedly moving into a recently renovated 1920’s-era yacht.
