After three years on the market, Latin music star Marc Anthony has moved on from one of his Los Angeles-area home. The singer accepted an offer of $3.2 million for the residence, a traditional-style with a moody grey-scale interior.
The Grammy-winning singer originally listed the Tarzana home for $4.35 million, but it took a few years and several price reductions to find the right buyer. Anthony and his now ex-wife Shannon de Lima purchased the home for $4.125 million in 2015. The sale registers a nearly $1-million loss.
The house measures 6,590 square feet, with five bedrooms and 6.5 baths. The interior style is a touch chilly, with dark hardwood floors and a stacked stone fireplace lending a bit of earthy texture. The kitchen works in white cabinetry and matching white marble countertops, a contrasting herringbone tile backsplash, and not one, but two large islands. The scheme is picked up effectively in the master bath.
The property exterior manages to pack quite a few details into the lot. A built-in barbecue, fire pit, walk-up gazebo, and swimming pool and spa fill out the property.
Anthony and de Lima divorced in 2016.
