TV actors turned real-life couple David James Elliot and Nanci Chambers are looking to moving on from their Los Angeles-area mansion. The duo is marketing the atmospheric residence with a $7.949-million ask. That’s a $2 million reduction from the couple’s 2014 listing of the same house.

The Spanish-style villa is located in the hills above Brentwood. It’s set on three-quarters of an acre, with the surround landscape giving it a nestled, private appeal.

At 7,957 square feet, the home is substantial. Although it was constructed in 2007, it’s engineered for a period look, with details including Spanish tile floors, reclaimed wood, and 100-year-old ceiling beams.

The four-bedroom, eight-bath home is accented by plenty of arches, offering charming transitions between the dedicated office, library, theater, gym, and recording studio. The master suite is especially worthy of note, packing a great deal of escapist charm into its layout with a vaulted wood ceiling, and French doors that open to a private balcony.

Arched sets of French doors lead outside, where an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, pool, and spa await.

Chambers and Elliot were co-stars of the hit long-running show ‘Jag.’
