Diane Kruger and partner Norman Reedus recently picked up a luxurious Manhattan townhouse for $11.75 million.

The actors landed the 1800s-built unit in an off-market deal. Their 3,800-square-foot red brick West Village residence is packed with character. Its living space extends across four stories, and it features eight fireplaces and a rooftop terrace offering lovely views of the city.

Although few details are currently known about the Federal-style townhouse, it once held at least five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It has likely since undergone additional upgrades, but we’ll have to wait to see if the pair decides to reveal more details of their new digs.

Before buying in the West Village, the couple lived in Kruger’s Tribeca loft. She recently took the 2,000-square-foot unit off the market since the right buyer didn’t come along to pay the $4.7 million asking price. Reedus owns a Little Italy property that he paid $3.8 million for in 2013.

Kruger is currently at work filming the TV mini-series “The Kellyanne Conway Story” and the film “JT Leroy.” Reedus is best known for his lead role on the popular show “The Walking Dead.”
