Following rumors of an impending divorce, actress Jennie Garth has listed her Los Angeles-area home for $4.495 million.
Garth—who is best known for her role on the hit series “Beverly Hills, 90210″—paid $2 million for the Studio City manse about five years ago.
The five-bedroom, 4.5-bath contemporary is tucked behind gates and trees. It welcomes visitors into a grand central living space with a vaulted exposed-wood ceiling; the room is quite spacious and has plenty of natural light thanks to a wall of glass sliders. A suspended fireplace and a wet bar add a bit of youthful insouciance to the interiors.
The kitchen is relatively modest compared to the rest of the space, but it continues the contemporary aesthetic: natural wood cabinets and sleek white marble countertops define it. Beyond the kitchen is a unique family room with a bright white domed ceiling. The actress was closely involved in the renovation and design of the 4,100-square-foot residence.
Outside? An entertainment-friendly backyard complete with a sleek 90-foot-long zero-edge lap pool and spa, where loungers can take in incredible views of Universal Studios and the San Fernando Valley below.
Garth’s recent screen appearances include a role in Fox’s ‘The Mick’.
