Golden Globe-winning actor Kyle MacLachlan is renting his Hollywood manse for $25K per month.
MacLachlan—best known for his role as coffee-loving agent Dale Cooper on “Twin Peaks”—paid roughly $800,000 for the Hollywood home back in 1991. The 2,700-square-foot home is located in the Outpost Estates area above Hollywood. It comes fully furnished.
The three-bedroom, three-bath English Country-style home features a central living room with a fireplace and soaring vaulted ceilings clad with exposed wooden beams. Nearby, renters will enjoy other common spaces like a cozy den, a paneled dining room, and a moderately sized kitchen with a center island.
Outside, there are a number of beautiful brick patio spaces among lush plants and flowers. There is also a private guesthouse for visitors who will enjoy the nearby swimming pool and spa.
The actor was recently nominated for another Golden Globe for the reprisal of his “Twin Peaks” role. More recently, MacLachlan has had a recurring role as the dizzily optimistic mayor of “Portlandia.”
