Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson has picked up a luxurious Manhattan condo for $3.052 million.
Ferguson—who is known for playing Mitchell Pritchett on the hit ABC comedy “Modern Family”—found a stylish two-bedroom, 2.5-bath in Chelsea’s trendy Meatpacking District.
The actor paid a bit over the asking price in order to seal the deal, but the condo is a new construction and is beautifully designed. It is located in the new 11-story d’Orsay building.
The contemporary condominium spans 1,402 square feet and boasts a number of high-end features. Standout elements include magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the city, support columns, and gray chevron patterned wood floors.
The condo’s central gathering area is a spacious 26-foot-long combined living and dining space complete with a dry bar that’s perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is spacious for a unit this size with sleek, contemporary cabinets, a marble-clad island fit for four, and space for a sizable dining table in front of the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
Building amenities also include a rooftop garden, a gym, and a spa with a swimming pool.
