French musician Sébastien Izambard is hoping to hit a high note with the sale of his Malibu estate for $12.95 million.
The Il Divo quartet member originally put the property on the market in 2016 with a listing price of $15.9 million. Once again available, the European-inspired main farmhouse boasts five bedrooms and a much lower asking price.
The whitewashed Eastern-inflected contemporary residence features oak floors, several skylights, large windows, and cathedral ceilings. The expansive living room is likely the star of the home with beautiful Gothic-style clerestory windows offering views of the Pacific and giving a unique, church-like ambiance to the space.
In combination with the two-bedroom barn and one-bedroom guesthouse on the property, there is a total of 7,800 square feet of living space with 8 total bedrooms throughout. The more than four-acre property also includes several patios, a vegetable garden, a horse corral, and a tennis court.
Izambard paid just $4 million for the home in 2011, so he’s set to make quite the return on his investment.
