NBA Detroit Pistons All-Star Blake Griffin has listed his Los Angeles home on the open market. Mr. Griffin is looking to move on from L.A. following his trade from the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this year, so this tradition in Pacific Palisades is up for sale for $12 million.
The Colonial-inspired home is located in the Riviera neighborhood. Set behind privacy trees and a high wall, the house welcomes visitors via a double-height entrance foyer boasting dark hardwood floors. Standout spaces include a dining room with a coffered ceiling, and a living room with built-in niche shelves and a modern fireplace.
The residence stretches to about 9,600 square feet. Its six en-suite bedrooms include a master suite fully decked out with amenities: a private sitting area, a fireplace, a private terrace, two dressing rooms, and a bathroom with heated floors.
Opportunities for comfort and entertainment are many. A home theater, an entertainment lounge, and a large yard with a full outdoor kitchen, a sports court, and a saltwater swimming pool offer plenty of room for recreating.
Griffin—a five-time NBA All-Star—picked up the luxe property roughly five years ago for $9 million.
