Supercar makers constantly outdo one another with faster and sleeker new models, but Ferrari‘s new 488 Pista Piloti might just clear the deck.

Wisely, Ferrari debuted the 488 Pista Piloti the night before the start of France’s 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race, so the Piloti made a big first impression. Coated in glossy red paint and accented with Italian-inspired livery similar to Ferrari’s Le Mans entrant vehicle, the Piloti is nothing short of gorgeous. It is also incredibly exclusive: only Ferrari racing program customers can even consider buying it.

Inside, the vehicle is decked out in sleek carbon fiber and black Alcantara, with Italian flag accents to emphasize its geographical origin, in the event that the musical whine of the engine and the lovely lines fail to do so.

Power output doesn’t disappoint. Drivers can expect to race from zero to 62 mph in just 2.8 seconds thanks to a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 making 710 horsepower.
