After roughly twenty years of ownership, TV host and producer Melissa Rivers is ready to move on from her luxurious Los Angeles-area Traditional. The house hit the market this month with an asking price of  $6.195 million.

Spanning 5,850 square feet, the East Coast-inspired Traditional is located in Pacific Palisades. It was constructed in 1953, and holds six bedrooms and 5.25 baths.

The interiors hold a few nice surprises, including a quartet of fireplaces, nicely grained oak floors, and nook-and-cranny charm. The expansive kitchen with its center island that opens to the family room is likely the center of the home.

The future owner will also enjoy the expansive master suite complete with a balcony and incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. In the backyard, the beautiful views continue from the pool terrace, swimming pool, lush green lawn, and patio.

Rivers, who is the daughter of influential comedian Joan Rivers, paid just $2.35 million for the oceanfront property about two decades ago.
