Lululemon Ex-CEO Picks Up Manhattan Beach Home for $5M

Former Lululemon Athletics executive Laurence Potdevin just paid $4.999 million for a Los Angeles-area home.

The ex-CEO of the popular athleisure brand found a beautiful Cape Cod-inspired home located in Manhattan Beach. Potdevin fared well on the purchase of the South Bay home: when the dust had settled, it closed for half a million less than its original ask.

The shingled residence is carefully styled, and features a series of strong, classic design elements that includes coffered ceilings, French oak floors, and a Dutch front door. Light and airy, the four-bedroom, 3,600 square-foot residence boasts a large open-concept living room that flows seamlessly into the dedicated dining space and modern kitchen. The stacked-stone fireplace is a beaut.

Traveling through any of the three sets of French doors in the living room, Potdevin will find himself out on a spacious patio complete with a built-in barbecue. Back inside, the master suite steals the show with an incredible pitched ceiling covered in wood.

Potdevin left Lululemon this winter in the wake of misconduct allegations.
