Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alums David and Carlton Gebbia have listed their unusual mansion in, yes, Beverly Hills, and are asking $22 million for it.

The house—which is the vision of Gebbia and her husband, David, a RHOBH producer—dates to 2009. It is designed as an extravagant mood-piece, with a bevy of strong Gothic tropes borrowed from Italian cathedral architecture flying madly through its engineered atmosphere.

If you’ve ever wondered just how many Gothic arches can be packed into a single residential structure, well, your answer resides here. The evocative emblem is used throughout the home, becoming a rather forceful central motif. Lantern sconces, mullion windows, natural stone, an ornate coffered ceiling, and an elaborate carved great room fireplace help drive home the point.

In other areas, though, the 15,200 square foot, four bedroom, seven bath house feels a little less confined by its conceit. The foyer opens to a dramatic, flowing, second-story catwalk and gallery, suggesting transition and space. And the trio series of double-height windows that look out from the great room to the pool and nearby hills are breathtaking. All in all, though, this is a unique house; for the right buyer, a dream come true…albeit a feverish dream of E.A.P., by way of Corman and A.I.P.

The Gebbias are in the process of divorcing.
